Privacy Notice

What we collect

• Your email address (required)
• Your name (optional)
• The link you arrived from (UTM tag), to know which channel works

What we do with it

• We will only contact you to let you know we are live.
• If you haven’t signed up for the app within 14 days of that notice, we may send one brief reminder — in case the first email got missed.
• That’s the only use. We do not share, sell, or use your email for anything else.

How long we keep it

• Until we send the launch notice, plus 14 days.
• If you haven’t signed up for the app by then, we delete your address. We will not contact you again unless you’ve signed up for the product.
• If you have signed up, your data moves under the app’s own privacy policy from that point forward.

Where the data lives

Sign-ups are stored in a private Google Sheet we own. Your email is never copied to a marketing platform.

Removing your data

Email hello@eochair.com with “remove me” and we will delete your information.

Research survey

Our research survey at /research is anonymous — we never see your email or any identifying information. The survey form is hosted by Tally, under their privacy terms.
